GreenSmart
Rose Grange is proud to be the first Victorian development to obtain the HIA GreenSmart accreditation. GreenSmart is an HIA environmental initiative and the GreenSmart accreditation is only available to those developments that have achieved minimal environmental impact, maximum energy efficiency and superior urban design.
This accreditation was achieved through the following initiatives

- Stormwater treatment and protection
- Urban Design, optimising solar orientation of lots and house design guidelines to maximise solar access and privacy of neighbours
